What we keep, and why.

When you send an inquiry or join the Circle we store the details you give us — name, email, phone if you add it, dates and the notes about your trip — so we can reply and, if you ask, keep you posted about the estate.

We do not sell or share this with anyone outside the people who run Reposé and the tools we use to reply. Bookings made through the calendar are processed by Hospitable, our booking system, under its own terms.

Write to us through the planning form to see, change or delete what we hold.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send the messages you signed up for (booking confirmations, stay details, replies to your questions and, if you opt in, occasional offers).

How you opt in: you can agree to texts by checking the optional, unchecked text-message box on our booking or planning form (for example at reposestays.com/plan), or by texting us first. There are two separate boxes: one for booking and stay texts, and one for occasional offers. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages around each stay or inquiry). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing and will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (for example, analytics) to understand how visitors use the site and to keep it working. Here is what that actually means on reposestays.com:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and load times without setting cookies and without building a profile of you. Cloudflare also hosts and protects the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
• Our own first-party logging records views and clicks on the guest guide and booking pages (no cookies). If you arrive from a link we sent you, your browser's local storage keeps a short guest reference so those visits are linked to your stay and we can help you.
• The booking calendar on our booking and home pages is provided by Hospitable, our booking system, which may set its own cookies to run the calendar and checkout.
• Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

We do not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels. You can block or delete cookies (and clear local storage) in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the booking calendar may need cookies to complete a booking.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information you give us. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who need it to serve your stay. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
